HELP! From top rated to below reqiurements in 30 days, account limited.
 

First time poster... thank you in advance for all of the great info@!

I went from top rated to below standard in less than 30 days. I decided to accept returns for an additional 20% top rated discount.
Less than 30 days later my account is now below average, funds withheld, account limited.. due to the RETURNS! I opened pandoras box, and now my sales are down thousands and I'm in danger of losing my business. All because I fell into ebays trap.


I have another account in good standing, without any selling limits, that has 300k lifetime sales and 16 years open. (MORE established) than the now limited account. This account is in:
* a slightly different name (my full legal name)
*different address (mothers house)
*different city
*different phone number
*different email address. BUT the email for the good account on eBay is the email for paypal on the other.

However, I made the mistake of logging into it a handful of times from the same computer as my now limited account. My account was not limited at the time.

Can I use the old account... or has eBay already linked them?? Does eBay link ALL accounts ALL the time... or just suspended/restricted accounts? Now that my account is limited, I have been sure *NOT* to login to the accounts from the same computer... but is the damage done?
