Seller Dashboard Late Delivery Rate
 

Hi All,

On my seller dashboard , the late delivery rate does not update on time according to how many items I have sold. I have around 2000 sold since I have opened account but it is only showing 471 sold for the late delivery rate section , whilst the other two section update instantly according to how many items I have sold. Because of this I am close to the 9% limit. This lag has been here for since I have started using the accounts 3 months back.

Does anyone have any idea why there is this lag , or if anyone has same issue ?

My seller dashboard has never proven to be accurate or up to date. I generally wait for the monthly review to take place before I check for changes, thats when it tends to report more accurately. Otherwise I would look at it to get a rough idea. I dont see any way around this im afraid.

The late delivery rate isn't calculated against how many sales you have made.

It's calculated against how many people have said your item did or didn't receive on time

Furthermore, a 471 late delivered orders out of 2,000 sales is atrocious. If you stand any chance long term I would resolve this issue.

Haha, that's not what OP said. 471 is nowhere close to 9% of 2000.

@OP - just_smile is correct. Unless you ship with tracking, you only get a rating for this metric if your customer rates you.

Sir you've read incorrectly. The OP's late delivery metric was stated to be at 9%.
