Can I know ask for help from yours bro n sis.

I not really sure the step for create new account from used laptop.

I was get new ID, CC, mail, Home address at all.

Just the first step for go to ebay website need to do what step ?

then after that each time open the laptop need to clear the cookie or not ? or change IP address ??

Please advise. Because one month didn't have any income and very hard to get friend borrow ID to me.

Finally, did yours anyone have stealth account for sell in malaysia ??

Firstly, buy the stealth guide. Secondly read the guide. Thirdly read the guide again. Fourthly read the guide all over again.... Until its imprinted in your mind, keep reading. Then, and only then ask your questions.

At the moment, your question is basically asking someone to copy and paste the stealth guide on here...

Step 1: create new user account for each ebay account

step 2 : Can I use chrome browser for new account ??

I get banned from chrome browser.

After step 1, 2 then start create new ebay account for each new user account.

but each time login different user account before need to change the IP address ?

and need to write each time IP address for each user account right ?

Your right, but your repeating all the steps back to us. That doesnt help anyone, especially considering your still probably on page 2 out 40 of the stealth guide.
