Portable Firefox NO Flash
 

Hi,
I'm having some troubles having flash installed on my computer,
Can I remove it and use portable FireFox safely?
Or does it have to be installed?

For portable Firefox make sure it is disabled so you should be good to go - make sure to check out the Global Flash Settings before going ahead though and disable them just in case

But when I remove\uninstall flash from my PC I can no longer check the Global Flash Settings.
This is the reason why I'm asking.
I did check before I removed and I've unticked the boxes etc.. but when I remove flash the settings are no longer available, so even though it seems safe I wanted to make sure it is.

on firefox, go

tools - add-ons - plugins

disable the ones you want

or just dont have them installed and you're already good to go

Can I login to the same Portable FF [same folder, same cookies, same IP] from different computers at the same time?

If you want to so long as it is for the same account.

I don't see much advantage to that though unless you have 2 people working on the account maybe?

bro, I interested your question. but not really understand at all. Can I know what is portable firefox ? what is flash ?

why have to use it for your pc ? not just installed firefox browser then everytime login user account then use it online for login ebay or paypal then after using clear the cookie in firefox ??

sorry for ask this simple question.

Instead of opening new Windows users for each account, you can use Portable Firefox [search about it].
You can either disable flash before using Portable FF, or uninstall flash completely.
It is easier and faster to work with Portable FF, but riskier, do it carefully.

You means flash is " flash player " ? I think I have download FF in file then it can save in pen drive right ??

Why on earth are you looking to install flash when every1 else is trying to disable it or uninstall it? Flash cookies are known for persistent tracking so you are better of not having it.

I think portable firefox does not come with flash pre-installed....

If you ever want to check your firefox if flash is enabled, go to about:addons

I was follow your picture disable all inside the plugin function. Is it safe ?

and ff portable is that means" it must download from online", not like google chrome or IE are default in window ?

if i disable all already like you, then no need login other user account anymore , just login ebay then logout then can login second or third account with different IP address ? no need clear cookie in ff portable ? or how ??

Portable FireFox, means no installation.
