Got this crap with a new stealth Ebay + PayPal account. Everything is verified and all information is brand new. Linked and confirmed bank account and email with PayPal and linked it to the Ebay. What's wrong, do I need a back up payment method?

because the information your giving.. phone numbers. ip address has already been used and they know it

Did you purchase the account or create it yourself?

The IPs are fresh, I log them and make sure my router is always giving one that I haven't used before. I'm 99.99% certain it's due to my phone number, I used the phone forwarding service Vumber.com. The page said they couldn't verify the information.

Myself, I believe my mistake was using a phone forwarding service instead of a real phone.

Yes, Could be the phone, or bad address. Like has been said, sometimes you just hit the "Jackpot" of the wrong combination of info when creating the account, and no matter what you do from that point on its just not worth the time or trouble to pursue correcting the problem. Just ditch it and learn from your mistakes

Youre correct. It is most likely the phone service you used.
And please - no need to double post - the content in this thread is almost identical to your other thread.

At this point all you can do is call in. That MIGHT get you higher limits. Not HIGH limits, but higher than 0/0.

I have tested several VOIP services and none of them will give you good limits, in fact 0/0 is fairly common. Google Voice is also not a good service to use.

If you want stealth accounts with good limits, you have to avoid the free services. Stealth does not have to be expensive, but the free services and dollar phone numbers are not going to do you much good.

Ah thanks for the info. Yeah about 5 bucks for an Entropay and maybe 5 or 10 more for a prepaid phone from Walmart or somewhere, still worth it.
