So i'm still a lil inexperienced and new to stealth accounts, so i had a few questions.


Question #1
Lets say i have successfully created a stealth eBay account, and its bank & phone verified i get basic 10 limit account.. Now my question is what's the safe number for transactions and money amount can be earned before PayPal or eBay starts digging their nose in?

Can you still sell items on eBay account by adding a VCC to paypal for Canadian PayPal accounts before adding your bank account, id like to sell some stuffs and have a few thousand dollars in an account before adding a bank to it..

How many of you guys use your own router's personal IP by changing Mac instead of using a VPN.. and how many accounts are safe to run by changing just the last 2-4 digits of your IP?
