Any VPN you find on Google within the first 3 pages....have probably been abused and not only that, many are blocked on ebay/PayPal.

A serious question guys why not use your own ip address by changing the mac address.. cheaper and safer as well..

Always a good way to go, but what about the following scenarios:
1. Lot of people on the Network
2. Static IP
3. Dynamic IP ISP's that are difficult to get a new IP
4. Out of Country Users
