Cant Open The Messages Tab
 

Hey Guys,
Never had this problem before...but I can not respond to my messages in my eBay, only in my gmail. Used CCleaner and reset my google chrome settings and rebooted and that did not fix it. I was digging around in my VPS a lil bit and found a program called Email Extractor along with a few very lengthy email lists. Trying to piece this together...I did not install that software, but maybe previous-employee or someone from the VPS service installed that...eBay got mad and blocked my messages? eBay blocked me from the community page also so I can not ask for help there. My only option to contact them is to call. Any thoughts or solutions? This has been going on for a week now.

BTW...Just wanted the mention that the VPS that I am using on that account is not provided by anyone from this forum.

I have some problems lately with error messages when clicking on messages, its very frustrating, you have click back and then click on the message again.

Thank you for posting back. I have had some pages that were not responsive and clicked back, tried again and that did work. The messages glitch was something completely different though. (we did try that with no success.) I was fed up with the VPS company that I was using for that account so we switched VPS'...surprisingly that worked!!!
Just wanted to report back. Strange bug...but its fixed now! Thanks again guys!
