When Can I change my stealth account's information
 
Bought a ebay stealth account over 6 weeks ago. When can I change the information?

I have done all the necessary steps outlined in ebay stealth. I am wanting to know when I can change the address, name, etc to resemble my area and alternate name( for example jim instead of james). I have a new bank account, new address, new ip, and I am ready to get this thing started.

Ideally you would not want to change it at all.

Name changes are never easy and usually will require docs to be sent in and data base verification.

What is the reasoning for wanting to change things?

On the stealth account I purchased it had a random name with a random address. What am I supposed to do about this?

You don't change any info on the account, you just start doing business. I've never read the stealth book but that's something that should be clearly outlined.

You just click "withdraw money" in Paypal.

The reasons as to why you don't need to do anything special are clearly explained in the book..

I was under the impression that we needed to enter a bank account in paypal to verify it.

You certainly do, SO DO IT. List items, sell them, get paid, ship them, withdraw. Reat.

Dont change anything.

What is the problem?

You add you bank account in your own name
You withdraw to the bank account

So long as the bank is fine with mismatching name withdrawals you have nothing to worry about.

If I remember correctly it precisely state how to add a bank account and withdraw the money... mismatched name and all that stuff...

It definitely does. But I was under the impression you only modify your first name

So if the stealth paypal is under " john doe" and your bank accepts mismatching first and last names you it wont matter?

ok thanks. One last question: do you know what the selling limit is on a brand new ebay account? I do not remember what my selling limit was when I first started out on ebay.

And correct me if I am wrong, but stealth accounts ( including the one that I bought) can have a $25000 selling limit? I know its top secret, but is there a way to increase the selling limit that high on a brand new account that a relative of mine just started

Who did you buy your account from? I'm sure they sold you account with a specific limit for a specific price

Stealth account or not, you can have millions of dollars in selling limits if you need them. Very very very few people need high selling limits.
