How to set up "Shipping Profiles" in PayPal?

How can I set up PayPal to automatically default to a certain shipping profile?

For example: When I go to print a label from PayPal, I want it to start at First Class Mail: 3 Ounces, instead of Priority Mail which is default.

How can I do this?
