Paypal EIN or Social request
 

I know there are a couple posts on this subject but wanted to get some fresh info since the last time it was spoke about seems to be last year.

What are people doing when paypal asks for a social or EIN for taxes? I was thinking of creating another LLC but not sure if that would link to myself or not as my social has been banned from ebay and currently has a paypal account.

I am in Texas and starting another LLC is kinda a pain, is there a state where it is super easy online to start another company?
