Quick question on dsr

Hey guys, I just want to make sure I have my facts straight about the new ebay policies....from what I can tell as a seller your only allowed 2 "cases closed without seller resolution" correct?

Isn't that kinda..ridiculous? only 2????

Someone please correct me if I am wrong....hopefully I am.

On all my accounts it is just a % of transactions.

Yankee I believe it becomes a percentage (0.3%) after you have exceeded the 2.
