Aged Ebay Account With New Paypal Account?

I have a aged ebay account that can sell 100 items that has not been used yet , it came with a paypal account but for some reason I cant login to the paypal acccount no matter what I try.

Would it be ok just create a new paypal account and link it to my ebay account, i never used either account as of yet.

If so you really want to talk to the seller to find out why you cannot get into the PayPal account.

I bought it over a year ago doubt the seller would change or refund.

No they would not refund you, but you should still ask them for guidance.

Maybe they set up a different password on the PayPal and forgot to send it over? Only the seller woudl know so its best to talk to them

Creating a new PayPal is really something you want to avoid if you can do

Yeah, you do not want to create a new PayPal account unless it is a last resort.
