Racking on $400 item is received but buyer still opened not received case
 

Now my paypal is in -$400. i can escalate to ebay due to no option. Does anyone know what happens next and how long until things work out?.Why was the buyer allowed to open a not received case and hold my money when tracking says received?. Will i win my case?. Usps said the buyer picked it up at the post office.

Technically speaking you should win the case once Ebay confirms that the package was indeed delivered.
That being said if the guy is out to get you - and it sounds like he is - he can then change the dispute to an 'Item not as Described' which is a more tricky situation.

If he sends back the wrong item I will have a police officer open it on camera. i I don't f*ck around.

When will the the return close?.I can't escalate it to ebay from what I'm seeing.

In reality, if a person really wants to fiddle with your numbers and accounts they will find a way. First they will harass you in eBay and then they'll do the same on Paypal.

If you have the tracking and it shows that the item was indeed received I would just pick up the phone and notify eBay themselves or at least try to escalate it on your own terms.

Calling ebay is not always a good idea however the account is in my name despite the fact ive been banned in the past under my name a long time ago. What do you thinkslokor?

Just escalate your case as soon as possible
