Use back router and modern just restart get new IP address.
 
I didn;t change the new router and modern , just only restart and restart to get new IP address for my new stealth ebay account , is safe for use ??

Please advise. Thank you ..

I have read it, have few option.

just want double sure my reading is correct or not.

because I can't change mac address in router, only can simple change the IP address then feel not 100% correct.

thats why ask this question , hope get correct answer.
