If I purchase a UK Ebay acc, do its limit apply to all EU Ebay sites?

Will a UK account with a 1000 limit be able to list 1000 items on, say, french Ebay?

It needs to have at least 10 feedback and have been selling for 90 days

What arrangements have you for addresses, IP bank accounts etc?

More to the point, have you USED ebay before?

It is complex with international sales.
