Anyway to report someone cussing me but hasnt bought
 

got a member that hasnt purchased anything cussing me in messages coksukr this and i am going to get you suspended blah blah.The only option i see to report him is call eb any suggestions?

yea blocked him but for him just outta the blue to start crap i am going to get you suspended and all fb he has left for years all bad left over 100 bad feedbacks not a single good .. how can eb let someone like this operate ..

I have the same problem. Some guy ruined my 10 accounts and left bad feedback. He also did this to others.

Very annoying considering how hard I worked to keep the accounts perfect.

I have blocked him, but the damage has been done :(

Did you hit the report buyer button ? if a few sellers do he will be gone

Well, I dont think you are hitting the option not to send you messages then.
I leave that as my default in my seller settings.

@OP, if you decide to call eB to have the messages removed, make sure you know you're account well and I hope you have not had any issues on the account that could an agent to look deeper into the account

I've had several malicious buyers like this shut down just by reporting them online with tons of evidence (screenshots of their feedback history, message history, etc..). I've never called in on anyone, but in my experience it's not hard to get bad buyers shut down, if they're actually being bad and not just competing with you.

Dont get bogged down by fickle matters. There will be immature members on ebay ( a bit like an immature member on this forum), who don't have the money to buy, they will just troll, because they got nothing better to do. :noidea:

Yea i am sure it is a competitor buying the same thing over and over leaving bad feedback over and over to other sellers selling same items as i .. I guess its better him to get blocked before he had the chance to buy from me

I always have the "do not allow blocked bidders to contact me" box checked off on ALL of my accounts. Yet those blocked bidders can STILL message me!! They can't bid, but they can message me. So I don't know how it works for you guys, when it doesn't for me on ANY of my accounts.

They might be using another account with a similar name.

No, it is definitely the same users across multiple accounts. I even tested it by adding one of my accounts to a block list and I was still able to send a message, even though that account had been blocked.

Even when blocked you can message seller just prevents you from bidding/buying thats it

In that case, go to your communication settings on ebay, and select an option which should prevent buyers from asking you any questions.

If you've got pests bothering you, you should tick that option.

They have changed reporting buyers method to where it is only possible to report a "buyer". No more reporting unless they actually made a purchase. My belief is that reporting was so ramped they couldn't follow up....

Now you must actually be a buyer or seller. Otherwise you cannot report anymore.

I also have the blocked and cannot contacted checked, however it simply doesn't work for messages, they can still contact you. This is how it is on my account anyways. not sure if its a bug or just bad programing.

This kinda sucks, I actually had this a few times in 2015 and it was the same sucker on different accounts and he did get me suspended lol, my accounts were low feedback compared to his high feedback account and some other one said his dad worked in the ebay security team and then when I was suspended he said I told you. What a bunch of dicks. What I suggest is you accept there offers and when you get there address on ebay or paypal blackmail them and threaten them because I reported them to ebay and they don't do jack squat. You could also get there paypal and ebay banned as long as you have that information and you got to be created. Only do this if they are molesting you. I hate people who have no life.

I did block him, but that didn't do anything they can still message you even if you block them in the blocked bidder list. Some can and some can't. I don't know why. Looks like it has to do with how high of a feedback that person.

I just let it be didnt respond and havnt heard back .. He is not offering to buy anything only rape me in my sleep lol

I had this problem in the past. Normally just block the seller so they cannot contact or buy from you.

In your situation, I would call ebay and let them know this guy is harassing you, threatening you, and cussing at you.

yea i wish the orginal phone was still active for this account ... whats best cheapest way to keep a trac phone active ? is there a 5.00 card :)
i got like 75 trac phones cost me 300 per month just keeping them charged haha

You could update your contact details with ebay, if its an old stealth account. People tend to change their numbers from time to time, so I wouldn't suspect it.

once i had a buyer who was an absolute plank,
cases, bad fb, pp case, 7 messages a day.
and obviously because hed bought the wrong item.

i would say things like.

hi sir,
thank you so much for your kind words, it means a lot to a seller like myself,
your kind manner and happy vibe is so much appreciated. sometimes i can get bogged down when buyers are nasty to me :(
but i can see you are a very kind and patient person.

they get bored and go away after a few of those trust me.
if you bite they will continue to give you grief.
just see them for what they are a turd.
you get them in life,
you get them online.
they are a worthless turd that every now and then lets of a bit of stink.
