Ebay or paypal will keep track my ip address , if I book mark some good seller as a reference ?? but I didn't login my account , just looking some seller what item they sell now and maybe buy some item from them.

Please advise. thank you...

eBay or PayPal will not prevent you from lurking around...

If your account is still able to buy you can go for it but... what really is your question?

My question is I have do some bookmark the page, for example name " niceguyshop" then each time I just click the bookmark, it will go to his store.

But I didn't log in my account before, then click it. Is it ok ??

This is my question. Can your advise me ?

Doesn't matter if your browsing + using stealth. In fact I would recommend it, as it builds 'browsing history'. So if you have a stealth user account on windows, and within it you have bookmarks for a bunch of ebay accounts, sure go for it.

Remember, just because someone else is selling it doesn't mean you will be successful selling it. They might have tricks up their sleeves to boost their sales. Just be wary before rushing into buying 100,000 pieces from an overseas trader :thumb:
