Is it to early to sell $200-$300 items??
 

Hey whats up guys Its my second month with my stealth account and my limits just went up to 1,500 and I was wondering is it to early to sell items that are 200-300$

If its a branded high risk item then its to soon

How do you find out if items are high risk??
They are actually shoes, since I have a buddy that works at foot locker I get a discount

I always find it amazing how many people have friends at footlocker willing to risk their job by allowing someone to sell discounted shoes using their employee discount.

Well known branded items are considered high risk, because most big brands like that have lawyers constantly patrolling Ebay looking for and taking down unauthorized retailers.

I still don't see how it would be possible to make a profit, considering the thousands of phake addidas out there..

I actually use to work at this Adidas store that my friend works at now and he is actually the manager now. But if its consider high risk than I won't do it just wondering. Thanks guys

I thought it was a footlocker?

Either way he would still be putting his own job at risk. Footlocker have policies against their staff being able to buy items using their discount and then resell the items for personal profit.

That is exactly what they try to do

Get rid of 1 then 3 more pop up. Its a bit of a loosing battle

The only reason we did it a few times before was because I paid him a little or bought him something to eat for it

Yeah, and it's never ending. There will be tons of phakes for sale as long as stealth eBay accounts are a possibility.

But with that being said, it would be a patently bad idea for you to start selling commonly phaked high-dollar items on a newer account. That's a surefire way to get Ebay to request invoices.
