On Ebay can I charge a restocking fee for non defective returns?

up to what percentage?

You can do whatever you want but this will increase -ve Feedbacks and claims for item not as described

If you happy then go for it

Most I have seen is 25%. That can be about what online shops might try to get.

It is dangerous though as you have to grasp your buyer may fail to read your listing amd argue the toss.

You have a high chance of negatives, ebay looking at your account.

Keep in mind, buyers can file with both ebay/paypal

An issue with ebay, may see the buyer go to paypal....

Thank you. Will Ebay remove any feedback upon request if the buyer feedback is unreasonable?

Not always.

In some cases, even if it is obvious, they decline to remove the feedback.

Restocking fee has never panned out great for me. I just take it on the chin and move on. Its not worth jeopardising powerseller/TRS status and even a negative rating.
