As I explained in the OP's other thread.. there is some kind of a glitch processing returns from mobile device. It took 3 returns for me to figure it out....
THEN, a 4th return came in, and I caught it happening AGAIN on a currently open return I was able to prove there is a glitch, and eBay saw it happening in real time. They confirm, that on this 4th return, on their end, it is showing NOT accepted. However, I have screen shots on my end showing 'RETURN ACCEPTED - BUYER WILL RETURN SHORTLY'. There is clearly a tech support problem going on here, and it was forwarded to tech support, but now they claim "these cases are over 30 days old so it doesn't matter what tech support finds"
It was simply a problem of... some kind of tech support problem.... and me never accepting returns and trusting the system. On my end everything looked fine, and as I explained to them it looked like I did everything correct. I had literally never needed to process a single return before. Now 3 came in the first month, and 1 the next. It was a fatal combination of factors, all of which happened in a 2 week period. | I really like this post of yours. Once you get everything else figured out such as multiple accounts and so on and so forth you will do really well with multiple account setups.
Glad to read this post of yours. Looks really good on you! |

:ranger: | Greenbean you can rest assure my immature retorts were fueled after much patience and intolerance..not impulsively....I am not the type of person to make such remarks unless I have been instigated repeatedly and without warrant....i.e. mr "realdeals" |

You had the suggestion of a solution....
Would have been win win for you.

He can be very knowledgeable but with your case, he is just being a dink. blocking him from your view would permanently solve the problem. :) |

Becoming Top Rated (Plus) is one of the best things you can do to your account, period. I don't have any accounts that aren't TRP. |

I used to agree with what Greenbean is suggesting says 2012-2013. Back then, being Top rated killed profits and added a lot of scrutiny to accounts. Defects for top rated sellers were measured for suspension even though you may have been perfectly fine if you were only above standard.
That is why Greenbean made those suggestions. |

Hell will freeze over before I ever tell a relatively new forum user to race in and do something that might give him issues.
I will just send him to you, eh, phaz0rz.
If you have read his recent threads there are issues to be sorted. Thus I posted in the manner I did.

:coffee: | I think sometimes when we give advice, a lot of us including myself give OP specific advice, depending on the OPs previous opened threads etc. - and thats what often causes confusion amongst other members trying to help. In such case, nobody is wrong, OP just needs to make an informed decision. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:06 AM. | |
