Anyone have USPS Parcel Select Lightweight Discount Experience to share?

What's the price for 1oz - 3oz items for USPS Parcel Select Lightweight?

Just want to know since the first class parcel for 1-3oz is $2.45- $2.60, kinda sucks ... USPS has a whole webpage of crap about Parcel Select Lightweight, but never listed the actual discount price anywhere...
