24vc order cancelled?

Hi there guys, yesterday i ordered 1 month of guaranteed Fresh IP address from 24vc, its status was pending, today it is cancelled?, i noticed an email from them asking what i will be primarily using the service for, i cant win?, what now?

If you open a support ticket on 24vc, you probably will get a response faster considering more people would be there to help.
