Why do you use eBay stealths?
 

I don't understand what's the point in having ebay stealth accounts.
I understand that you got banned on your real one so you opened a stealth one, but what's the point for example in having 10 stealths?

It gets you more sales? How? Isn't it the same as if you listed more items on one account?

So that if you get banned again you can move all stock to another account

Its also a good way to get around the eBay selling limits, which for a new seller is usually 10 items a mont

People like you are selling ebay accounts with higher limits.

Won't 1 such account then have enough limit?

Or are people generally doing it to get more sales or why.


Also selling on ebay, probably your location has big role and if your not located in US/UK, it's probably not worth doing?

95% of accounts have starting limits of 10 items / £650 a month

Forum account sellers have spent months working out how to get higher limit accounts.

Anyone can make high limit accounts, but only of they know the correct methods. If you put in the months to learn how to do it then you could also make high limit accounts :)

Ps - If you are not located in the UK please change your flag to the correct physical location

Yeah but i've seen someone say that when ebay closed him it was best thing that happened to him since he discovered stealths.

So that's why i thought that you sell more in revenue if you have stealths. But so it's only to replace real account and to have higher limit?


Yeah also position not being good i doubt i could sell much on ebay anyways. I can ship from Hungary but mostly Slovenia, and i doubt there is much interest as shipping would be higher than if people bought from location closer to them

It's not just to replace personal accounts.

For me, my first stealth was to replace my banned personal account. But once I started getting money in on the first stealth, I started buying/creating more and more accounts. Now my business has grown to 10x the size it ever was when I was running things from my single personal account.

Here are just a few of the stealth benefits:
-getting around selling limits
-you can't be shut down by the loss of a single acct
-if you're selling something risky, you can spread potentially negative feedback from customers between many accts
-I use different accounts for different niches
-you get a ton more sales, because your eBay presence becomes bigger
-etc, etc.. I could go on all day.

Long story short, it's definitely worth it. This site wouldn't be thriving if this method wasn't worthwhile.

Anyways i will probably never be selling on ebay due to the location :x

it's worth it anywhere, US and UK are only a small part of the word

You can sell anywhere even with stealth.

1. You can spread sales

2. If one account goes down, you have others to keep working

3. You can sell below limits at which point pp can ask for documentation, etc.

4. Less reliance on only 1 acct.

agreed with all the reasons above.

you need maybe 5 accs in reality...

you can go overboard with stealth though.....I have way more accs than I can ever get around to using, because if you do your job right, you only need a handful of accs....haven't been limited in sooo long - years....

Well i am not selling anythign anywhere, you probably had shops or something and you started selling the items through ebay i guess?

Diversify your business is what multi stealth accounts has done for me. Now if one account goes down it is only 1/5 of my business and not all of it.
