Always nervous about these types of buyers

I have a buyer that wants to purchase 80 pieces of an accessory (phone accessory) I am selling....these always worry me a bit.

If your product is quality and you are selling it, what's there to be nervous about? Sounds like business is good...hope profits are worth it too.

And you aim to be TRS Plus?

If these things worry you, then be careful of what you do.

Look carefully at the buyer. What is the status of his account? Is he a fellow seller?

Either decline the sale or ensure you do no off ebay transaction chasing the dollar.

is your item somewhat hard to get? did you give him a real good price? maybe hes buying it to sell in his own brick n mortar store if its something hot and you gave him a good deal...
