why did you buy shipping for an unpaid item?
Action Plan:
1) cancel/void the label.
2) Turn on unpaid Item Assistant
3) Edit Unpaid Item Assistant setting to open 2 days after purchase and close 3 days after a case is opened.
4) Remember to never buy shipping for unpaid items

Personally, i dont ever buy shipping anymore prior to payment. Over the years i have found that in the long run it just wastes more of my time having to cancel the shipping for non-payers than the time saved getting a jump on shipping. I figure that if the buyer wants the item on time, they will pay in a timely manner.
