Can anyone recommend a "pay as you go" dongle?

Hello, I'm looking for a dongle to make stealth accounts. Do the pay as you go dongles work as well? Which ones would you recommend and how much should i pay per month? I'm in the US. I was going to use my android as a tether to my laptop. but my phone is in my name and its the same as my suspended account on ebay (does that matter?) I thank you for any & all advice

Mm78, is it still 5 bucks per month? Sellers starting to tell me it's 15 even tho a lot of their listings say 5.

MM, will they ever have these devices available in 4G?? It's great and all but sometimes the slow speed of the 3G kills me.
