I am trying to list my item and it keeps giving me this message.
Anyone else having this problem?

I filled out everything for the item description and there is NO PLACE to enter the upc value...

UPC value is right above the description look for it

Just change the listing from new to used and put in description new and you are good to go

Same here. I use "does not apply" and skate right through.

Does not apply does not work, "Tarzan not know where Tarzan go". And it is NOT a bad idea to put used in there. If you put bogus upc you be in be trouble plenty.
