Should I still sell?

My personal account just recently got suspended for 7 days because I got a total of 3 Violations and those violations were copyright "Unauthorized item" should I keep selling and will I be fine? Also I haven't been limited on PayPal or had any serious violations on eBay before.. My other option is to totally start fresh with a eBay stealth account. What do you think?

Well if you keep selling the same item you will have problems

If you sell totally different items then you should be OK, but its impossible to be 100% sure that they will still not limit you

If your plan is to make stealth accounts to sell even more unauthorised items, your just going to continue running into this same problem.

Starting fresh is best - no violations on a brand new account BUT...will you keep selling the same problem items?!?

p.s. Brand new Eb account means brand new Paypal too

No I will not be selling the same item. I'll still be buying a stealth account for more sales and just in case something happens to my personal. Smart move?

create a new account but keep this on the back burner and don't list again for 6 months
