When I Create Description in Ebay can i copy someone elses description and list my Item.Or Is their any way to do it ..? If we Copy photos from some other Description How we Have to Do it..? |
Re: Ebay Listing..! TERRIBLE idea to copy other people's description and photos. Use your own - if the other sellers see this, they can report you and destroy your account. Why risk it? |

Ebay will shut your listing down if you are reported. |

Just putting that out there. |
| stressed08 | 05-19-2016 06:45 PM | Re: Ebay Listing..! I must be lucky, I never type more than 3 sentences. "Here is an xxxx. It is in great shape, with only minor wear as shown in photos. I ship same business day!" Less than 5 seconds of typing per ad... all done on my ebay mobile app with zero effort. much less work than copying and pasting. I also have a nearly 100% sell through rate, despite my half-assed descriptions. (50% sell first month, 50% of those remaining sell the next month, and the remaining the next month).
If it's an electronic or an item that requires a list of specs, you are free to copy them from the manufacturer... not sure why you'd chance some random person on eBay to have the right information |

My strategy is different in most ways compared to you, but I have found that simplistic descriptions always do better than 1000000 word rambling descriptions. |

Do you just report using the report button? Do you have to do it many times? I suffer from the same problem, one of the competitor even uses the pictures with my watermark, I have reported using the report button, live chat and ringing up, still no use! I have given up now but any tips would be grateful!
Cheers. |
