Hi. Says I can't post private messages till 12.20pm. What time zone is that in cause it's not mine. I need to send private messages. And reached daily limit.

Its a usa website so probably will be the time in the usa.

Hi, still no luck with PM...? I really need to speak with someone urgent. What is going on,. was meant to be 6.20pm that I was 'reloaded'.

Just wait a few hours more, a lot of USA states have different times.

I wouldnt have thought you will wait much longer if your 24 hours is nearly up.

Another way you can check is, check your sent PM messages and check the time that was sent, and it will be 24 hours from then.

Can't you leave a "visitor message" into his profile page?
