Is there any way to....

Create a custom automated message that would be sent to the buyer after they make a purchase?

It would have to be for specific listings..so for example it would be a different message for each of my listings..I would just type the auto post paid message for that specific listing that i want to be sent to the buyer after purchasing and it would automatically send?

Via email, sure bet. In ebay, no plus you would not want to anyways for the communication ratings.
