Tracking number question

I hit the edit/add tab on tracking to add another tracking number since the first label did not print..so now I have two tracking numbers instead of one.
Obviously the 1st one will stay as showing manifeat, and the second one will show delivered..just wanted to know if the first one that says manifest would count against me at all?

Don't think it will, as long as there was a valid number...should be fine.
