How long will ebay happily wait for documents?

So let's say they have requested to see documents such as DL or PP because account needs verifying after 90 days.

I have emailed them to say that the post code / zip code was not working and I coudl not get past that screen.

I am waiting for correct documents to arrive.

If I waited a few days would they wonder why I am taking so long? If I waited 1 week would they definitely treat me as suspicious?

ive waited 3 months on some paypal accounts.

If they dont give you a deadline then they will wait until you send them
