my ebay and paypal acct are limited.
Im trying to make an acct but will it work?
Im going to use my friend's house address with my name.
And buy vcc and vba from here for verification.

Perhaps it would be more important to find out why you were limited, also what do you plan to do with this new PayPal?

At least use a slightly different name... but your name. (John vs Johnathan) etc. So its different... but you can still provide docs if needed

This hasn't been suggested in a long time.

You'll very likely be shut down at tax time if you use a variation of your name :(

@OP - You'd be better off spending the $50 to buy a low limit account. Or buy a higher limit account if you have the resources. This would be the easiest route for you, because you wouldn't have to worry about messing anything up.

I think having two slightly different names is the only thing saving my backup account. Idk how they can possibly fault you for using your own name. I go by both.... some credit cards and bank accounts are in my name, xxx, the others are in xxxxxx. Seems odd totally ⊗⊗⊗⊗ made up names and photoshoped IDs are fine, but using your own name variations is risky.

It's extremely risky if you're getting any kind of sales volume, because you have to provide a tax ID. As soon as PP sees the same SSN on two accounts when they issue 1099's, those accounts would be done.

I don't see the point of criticizing a known, working method of getting back on Ebay. Nothing about giving a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name/ID to a company is illegal. If Paypal were a financial institution, it would be highly illegal to give them false info. Ebay stealth only becomes illegal if you start using ID theft to create accounts, which is why everyone here suggests using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names.
