Picture Question
 

I know not to use pictures used from a previous account,but can you use ones taken on the same device(Phone etc) or do they have some linking details embedded?

Yes, you can use the use pictures from the same device as long as you clean the images.

You have to get rid of metadata embedded inside the image.

Tools like "BatchPurifier" will help.

Do I need to clean new photos taken on a previously used device?

Yes, all new stealth accounts need new photos.

Or get an all new device like I plan to... I don't want to deal with cleaning images, and I wish to use eBay app. Buying my friends used iphone that's never been on eBay, wiping it clean, and joining his family plan so different ISP. Will also have a solid actual phone number that way.

The metadata is only an issue upon a detailed manual review, right? They won't automatically link, but when reviewed there may be hidden data?
