Can you use the card used to verify the account to buy on a new stealth account?

You can use it to confirm a PayPal after its been bank verified

You can then buy things on eBay using the funds on the Entropay card yes

No, that would create a link.

Each entropay card should be used for each (stealth) paypal without making a link.

BUT! From your main entropay account you can create another virtual card to use elsewhere.
