Sent eBay money order for seller fees; never applied to account.
 

I sent eBay a money order for $2.49 in seller fees on my old account, since I don't have the new PayPal and bank account set up for it yet, and I want to use a new fresh cc/bank acct for automatic monthly payments. (One of my actual accounts, not stealth.)

They never cashed it, despite the correct processing information wrote on both the money order and the cover sheet. It was sent about 2 weeks ago. Is this cause for concern, or do money orders always take that long?

The paypal I once used for it has long been removed for some reason, it was last used several years ago. Its still asking me to add a new paypal, and set up a monthly payment method, like a new account. Account now 'on hold until payment received, and selling privlidges will return once payment is made'.

I would ask eBay RE the money order really.

They are the best people to tell you how long it would or should take

I don't want to draw attention to the fact the automatic payment method and paypal aren't there on an old account. Although I'm curious why eBay automatically removed them, I don't want any red flags until I get the paypal and bank setup again.
