Paypal and Barclays...

Hi, anyone have a Barclays bank account? How long does money take to go in your bank? My old Lloyds bank used to have money within 1 minute, nothing in 12 hours. Any ideas?

Barclays is great, no problems, current account of course.

Works fine. Money goes in within seconds, usually have to log out and then log back into internet banking to see balance take effect.

If its taking 12 hours, it may be held from Paypal end, usually the case with withdrawal on a new paypal account.

FYI 1 - Beware that Lloyds bank and mismatch in names can cause issues.

FYI 2 - Stick to Barclays current accounts, as their saver accounts are known to recycle the account numbers.
