Instant Payments not coming
 

So I thought instant payments used to come after 90 days, 25 transactions and $250 in sales. I have surpasted the time, have 45 transactions and $1800 in sales and still getting holds. Whats going on? Anyone else not getting instant payments on established accounts?

Those are the minimum requirements.
They do not guarantee that the 21 day holds will be removed once those 'minimum' requirements are met.

How many days past 90 are you? What is the value of the items? Does the notification of payment look different?

Nothing is for certain with eBay and PayPal. Seems like every answer can be followed by a (ymmv) your mileage may vary. Most times its after 90 days. Sometimes it's before 90 and sadly sometimes it's longer than 90 days.

Just for reference, i initiated a transfer last evening and my bank is saying pending (US) account less than 90 days about 80, this is the norm for mine. So everything is on track, should clear completely by tonight or tomorrow.=}

I have 3 accounts that receive on time, and all they had to do 90 days to receive on time, not to run the risk of losing them I made only 4 sales each worth $ 15.00, in my view the amount does not influence, but the past 90 days and the data provided to do the math.

More times than not, it is the 91-93 day mark that the payments become "instant".
