"Feature Temporarily Unavailable" Anybody else getting this error?
Whenever I go to revise an item, I get this error:
This feature is temporarily unavailable
Your selections have caused errors. Please click Continue below to go back and correct your errors.
I then click on the "continue" button, which brings me to a page that says:
The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:
Try to access the feature directly from the eBay Home Page, instead of using a bookmark.
Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.
If you have waited ten to fifteen minutes and you still can't access your page:
Check our Announcement Board to see if the feature is currently unavailable.
If what you are looking for is unavailable, you may still be able to access other parts of the site from the eBay Home Page.
I am getting this error across MULTIPLE accounts. This was while using Safari browser. I tried using google chrome, but I still get the error message. My business partner, operating from a different computer all together, is also getting this error message.
It only happens when I go to revise items, not when I list them. It is happening on more than half of my accounts, and I do not know why, but it is frustrating as it is crippling my sales this week.
I'm contemplating calling ebay, but I am almost certain whatever answer they give me will end up being a waste of my time.
Is anybody else getting this? |
