CE marking is the medical device manufacturer's claim that a product meets the essential requirements of all relevant European Medical Device Directives and is a legal requirement to place a device on the market in the European Union.

I dont think it is just for medical devices, but rather all electronic devices. If your in the EU, the back of your phone most probably has an CE mark, my iPhone and HTC do.

But when you import goods, you might need to get them verified, and there are services available to do it.

OP - have you considered requesting permission to sell them on an international ebay site?

Shipping out from UK, you may end up not making a profit, but I guess its better then sending them off to get recycled. :rolleyes:

smear them in dog poo,sell them as a revenge tactic put 2 .50 stamps on the box and let whoever is getting them pay for the rest :) I am sure ppl would buy them, have you ship to whoever deserves it :) probably could sell em all on here hehe
