Thoughts on top rated plus..is it worthit?
 

I qualify for it but some people on the forum have stated in the past it's not worth it.

Just want to get some opinions....if not, why?

Does having it help search placement at all?

Search placement - by a small margin. DSRs and Feedback should be given more priority though.

Specific response for you OP - You will probably not be able to handle it. I have read a lot, if not most, of your threads, and you have peculiar buyer related issues. This TRS status will only aggravate the situation.

30 day no questions asked return requirement now plus one day shipping. Based on what you have posted, it sounds like a negative for you.

What I was trying to really seek out was if theres really any negatives to getting this top rated seller plus status...an earlier thread a week or so ago one of the users on here claimed "dont become top rated plus!" and described how it pretty much destroyed his ebay business....that really threw me off a bit.

How much time a day are you putting into ebay?

How mich are you ENJOYING selling?

OP - If you want, you can test the water by upgrading to TRS, but only qualifying certain listings to see how it goes. If you dont get what I mean, let me know.

You know my thoughts from the other thread. Once I'm back up and running I'll gladly take the automatic 'top rated'... But I will no longer be taking their 20% bribe to jump through their hoops. Being on my schedule doing things my way was the whole point of selling for me... For those 30 days of plus I was ebays bitch, an it was a horrible feeling.

Not negative at all. These questions are incredibly simple and you ask the same question every week or two for weeks or so it seems.

This forum is not about teaching novices to sell successfully or to aid in customer service but to operate stealth.
