Also think the relationship between ebay and the couriers (in relation to GSP) are not as ironed out as of yet. The programme is still in its infancy, not adopted by everyone, and most of all, a lot of negative reviews (albeit my experiences have been fine with it). Hence why ebay thought they would just refund buyer and eat the loss - which they should.
