when your listing item on a new stealth account i know they have to be low risk, my question is, does the same apply to a non stealth account when listing items on a new account?, ty in advance.

If you want to stay out of troubles apply the same rules. Start with non risky items and make the account grow.

Stealth modus operandi is applicable to all accounts.

It applies to all.
I listed high-risk items on fresh non-stealth account and got suspendedin 2 days.
