How do I bill my buyer for expidited shipping?

I am still awaiting payment from the buyer but I am tryi MG to send theme an invoice from the "more actions" drop down menu, but the option for send invoice is not there?

If they haven't paid yet you shouldn't even have to click the dropdown menu. "Send invoice" is the default option, then it becomes "print shipping label" once the buyer has paid.

Oh and if for some reason you aren't able to find the option anywhere on Ebay to send an invoice, just bill them for it in Paypal.
