Importing to UPS mailbox rental or PO Box?
 

Hi,

I signed up for a mailbox and strictly using it to import shipments. Im wondering about the possibility that the store will get suspicious and take action against me or report me.

Does anyone here regularly import shipments from China to their box rental?
Could the store inspect your goods and report you if they think they are counterfeit/replica? Could the store address get blacklisted if the shipments were seized?

Are you importing phakes? The UPS store has no reason to check your packages, that's what Customs is for.

I figured once it passed customs, the shipment would be in the clear. But just raising red flag with the store is whats bugging me. I mean I really doubt the store would go out of their way to get me in trouble, but you never know.

Worry more about customs than the store.

I get shipments from Taiwan to a UPS store and never get any looks. I get more looks from other customers than the employees.

I did it for years at several different locations. They never showed any signs of caring. Not their job.

Now I just have them delivered to my home. Wayyyy easier. :)

Customs is more important - store likely receives tons of packages and would not bat much of an eye on yours once it passes into the store

Just be careful of ever using the home address.
