Man...I wish - those days were the golden days...so much trust, no paypal-forced-middleman dipping into profits....stacks of money orders in my post office box every few days.... :rip:

I remember back when I use to get cheques, bank transfers and even cash in the post! Very annoying though when people would post cash and I would have diddly squat idea where or who it came from

I had those James - random cash, no note, no nothing...only a return address on envelope - was a pain at times to sort. I was just surprised when ppl would send cash - I mean, it was nice but still....:eek:

And then there were the few f*ke money orders...those were annoying

We had COD in OZ.

That was a blast. You would arrange to meet the buyer and they would turn up late or go to the wrong address....always ONE they selected.

Postal COD within Canada was alright - pickups I wouldn't touch...couldn't do meetings in person with my crazy hours - lots of buyers back then were from USA so they were asking for COD....couldn't do it hah

honestly even tho I experienced those mo days myself I still cant believe people were trustworthy enough to send mo's to sellers. sounds crazy now... oh how times change :cheer:
