Creating a LLC
 

Thanks to everyone's help here my stealth accounts have matured nicely and I feel it's now time to open a LLC to optain a ein number to do future business with my paypal. My question is do I have to do a multi member (including name in stealth account) or sole proprietor LLC? Any tips for opening a LLC will be greatly appreciated. Thanks agin

Do a single or multi member LLC, if you plan on having other business accounts in the future. You're only allowed one sole proprietor EIN.

Most of your questions have to do with how you are taxed and non of us know you, your finacial situation and your plan down the road to give you an educated answer.

This is where your accounts CAN help you. The tax implication can be extremely significant by entity and your other sources of income, write off's, etc...
