Default i exported cookies to new laptop browser

I exported cookies for old laptop to new .
I use IE
It shows my name when logging into to laptop so the cookies were imported right.
I can list no problems
BUT when i hit relist, sell similar it pops up unknown device let us call/text you.
Ok i hit call me says sent code . i got code then go to next page to enter code
just keeps running loading page then tech difficult .in red . i tried this a few times same error .. then just pops up call us 1800 blah blah ..
I log back in from old laptop it unlocks it again for new laptop to sell till i hit the relist /sell similar button ..
ANYONE else having troubles ? i so want to toss my old laptop but i keep getting this across a few accounts .. other accounts no problems at all .

I would of thought that importing all the cookie files would do it, kind of strange.

Good to hear....ever thought of using Portable Browsers along-side with your Separate User Accounts?

I would definitely move to a Portable Browser, that way you can take that Portable with you on a flashdrive or similar and use it on a different computer if you have too. I even have a Bootable Windows Flashdrive in case I gotta use someone else's Computer.

Ideally you should backup the one you use regularly onto the 2nd Flash Drive.....I do this once a month.

First, you should understand what a Portable Program is....basically a Portable App is exactly that...portable. This means that the program will run no matter where it's located, all the files it needs to run....are contained in a folder.

So, the first step would be to download the Portable Browser Installer of your choice. Then, you just run the Installer every time you wish to make a new Browser....could not be any simpler.

yea i understand portable browser got 10 accounts running it. i just got a couple accounts running IE that dont seem to be storing cookies as do the other accounts seems all the setting i know to look for concerning cookies acceptance is all set EXACTLY the same as other accounts .. I am sure if i used a new browser while its locking up would just trigger same . i can try it erase the entire user account reinstall and only use the porta fox see how that goes .. I just hate not knowing what is causing the problem
